Meet Sherry Rivera, Bosch Customer Service Rep

Many of our customers know Sherry – she has been at Bosch for 32 years. She started in Production, moved to Quality Control, and then Shipping and Receiving. Eight years ago, she decided to make the most of her extensive experience by joining the Customer Service team.

Favorite customer story: During my second year in Customer Service, I helped a customer who was really in a bind. He had an installation scheduled and needed his order before the weekend. I made sure that Bosch delivered the products he needed, and he recognized me for going above and beyond by sending me flowers!

Favorite Bosch product: It’s hard to pick a favorite, but FLEXIDOME cameras are really popular with customers.

Most rewarding aspect of my job: I feel like I make a real difference for customers, especially end users. I enjoy answering their questions, and I always make sure that issues get resolved. If I don't have the answer, I do the research and get right back to them.

Tip for customers: Expect the best from Bosch. Don't settle for "I don't know" — we'll find someone who does!

Fun facts: I have a twin sister, and I love spending time with my family. I'm just a down-to-earth country girl; my philosophy is: "Don't worry, be happy."
