Great Feedback on our Technical Support


Check out this comment about our associate Charles Prince from technical support:

"I had a fire alarm system that I was programming for a major national retailer, and it needed to get done for the fire inspection and opening of the store. When I called, it was late in the afternoon, and with Charles Prince’s help,  I was able to get the system up and running and got the fire inspection completed in time to open the store. He took the time to help me and was very patient. I don’t remember the last time I had that level of commitment from any tech support person. I just wanted to say thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate this. I have been a Radionics/Bosch dealer since 1984, and Charles does go above and beyond what I expected."
