Check out this comment about our associate Charles Prince from technical support:
"I had a fire alarm system that I was programming for a major national retailer, and it needed to get done for the fire inspection and opening of the store. When I called, it was late in the afternoon, and with Charles Prince’s help, I was able to get the system up and running and got the fire inspection completed in time to open the store. He took the time to help me and was very patient. I don’t remember the last time I had that level of commitment from any tech support person. I just wanted to say thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciate this. I have been a Radionics/Bosch dealer since 1984, and Charles does go above and beyond what I expected."-Greg WellsCheck Mate Electronics, Inc.
Thank you to Charles for providing such great service to our customers!

Classification of objects up to 328 feet away and detection up to 492 feet from the camera even in total darkness.
The day/night cameras deliver 550 TVL resolution with 36x or 28x optical zoom for sharp images even at great distances. Two 850 nm, long-life, infrared LEDs are attached directly to the camera head to provide illumination exactly where it is needed. 3D Diffuser technology distributes illumination evenly between a scene's foreground and background, eliminating image hot spots and underexposed areas common with other LED-based illuminators. This technology ensures high quality images regardless of lighting conditions.
When connected to an IP Power Supply, which will be available soon, the MIC Series 550 will offer Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA)--enabling the camera to be programmed to detect loitering, line crossing and other potential threats for up to 10 preposition scenes. This will provide customers with reliable tracking, analysis and advanced search capabilities for day and night surveillance.
MIC Series 550 Infrared Cameras survive the elements in harsh environments, such as critical infrastructure applications. The vandal and corrosion-resistant design includes an IP 68/NEMA 6P-rated aluminum casing with a long-life silicone wiper and reversible rain shield. The cameras can be mounted upright, inverted or canted to 45 degrees, without the need for specialist tools and without compromising the IP rating.
