Training for Service and Support Associates

It’s our mission to provide the highest level of service for our customers. That’s why we regularly train our Customer Service, Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams on the latest technologies. This ensures they have the knowledge to quickly get you the information you need.

Most recently our teams participated in an IP video course delivered by one of our Training Academy trainers. Associates learned about networking fundamentals, basic configuration of Bosch IP video devices, requirements for detection, classification, recognition and identification in video surveillance and much more.

This session is one of many training courses we hold for our service and support associates each year. And, after each session, our teams are even better equipped to serve you and make it easier for you to do business with Bosch.
