Celebrating Associate Successes

We’ve recognized three of our customer support associates for their outstanding successes in 2014. Read on to learn more about how these associates are putting the customer first everyday!

Kevin McKay: Inside Sales Representative
As our Inside Sales Representative for video products in the south and central regions of the U.S., Kevin has developed strong relationships with customers and the sales associates and representatives in his territory. He also helped roll out our monthly webinar series led by the Inside Sales team, which has served to educate numerous customers on our latest product offerings.

Justin Simmons: Technical Support Associate
In 2014, Justin visited our customers many times for escalated product support requirements. During these visits, Justin worked as the customers’ advocate, reacting to demands with urgency and conviction and acting as a conduit into engineering. He consistently drives for quick and accurate resolutions for our customers.

Tim Knab: Customer Service Associate
Tim has been recognized multiple times for his outstanding follow-up skills and commitment to resolving issues quickly and accurately. He consistently works as the customer’s advocate, which is emphasized by his six Shining Star Nominations in 2014.
